Take a position: Where do you stand on oil drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge?

As you develop your argument, answer the following questions:

Why do supporters of drilling believe that drilling is needed? What benefits do they believe will come from it? Why do they think that opponents' concerns are misguided?

What is the central concern of drilling opponents? How do they respond to the opposition's arguments? What is their solution to relying less on foreign oil?
